early in the morning, jess came in my room. on my table files are everywhere. the SRB media file, the training record file, the controlled copy forms, not to say, papers in all sizes and pens. haha! *malu* u should go see jess' room, everything is in order and a very clean table.

the table looks better now. and the room through the glass window is the lab.

anyhow, she was telling me about the responsibilities of a leader. she told me that i have to be ready, as there are times when i'll be very lonely for being a leader and how stressed i will be to meet other people's expectation. yes, since Vivian left, i was the one who have to look after the lab. i do not know if i'm willingly taking over or i am forced to. lots of decison making process. i can say the job is getting tougher. somehow it personally challenges me to move forward for the betterment. looking at the positive side, it's a good news for me. and actually, when there are many things to do, time flies, and you wont realize it's already time to go home. as much as i like the fact that time flies, - during office hour, it's actually scary. another 20 more days to go, i'll be in 2008. and the next thing i know, it's already 2009.

so much of planning to do. so much of improvements to make, work wise and also myself. looking forward for 2009, and i want to see if there's any changes that we managed to make.
