i was chatting with bunie last night and we ended up having goal to achieve..the reasons are for health purposes and another thing is to accomplish our last year's (erm..was it last 2years) new year resolution..haha..

i've got bunie's permission to publish this :)

sandrateo84: baru balik dari station..

sandrateo84: penat sikit, sebab exercise tadi kan..hehe.
cornelea grace: waaaa, suda exercise ya? i belum start lagi..malassss...tiada kawan.
sandrateo84: iya, i was so energized tadi before start exercise..tapi, bila tukar baju sudah, terus malas..but i teruskan juga perjuangan..hehe..
cornelea grace: ko jalan-jalan di treadmill?
sandrateo84: i buat crunches & etc for 20mins, then treadmill 20mins..
cornelea grace: nnt bln depan i mau join puasa, sebab tiada makanan kan...
sandrateo84: oh, bagus juga tu bunie. i pun mau join puasa lah..haha..
cornelea grace: i inda suka exercise..i like game / competition
sandrateo84: apa kata kita compete kasi turun 10kg in 3 months??
cornelea grace: wah wah...if menang dpt apa??
sandrateo84: i pun ragu-ragu if i can..haha!

sandrateo84: i mau kamera, but i'll be buying one, next month..haha.. i pun inda tau apa i mau..

sandrateo84: OK, begini..if ko menang, i pergi KL, bayar sendiri..

cornelea grace: 24-29 is overweight
cornelea grace: more than 30% is OBES
sandrateo84: eh, i thought normal is 18-22..
cornelea grace: nope, its 18-24
cornelea grace: so, start besok kan kan...the duration will be 14 JULY-14 OKTOBER..okay?

cornelea grace: asalkan kita sama-sama sampai 10kg then draw!!! Sama-sama menang...

cornelea grace: sbb kuaaaaat makaaan sama malaaaaas exercise, tu la nervous.

sandrateo84: sebab inda pernah tercapai, since 4 years ago..
